Machaca is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team! 🌮🧼
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position and an important part of keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout service.
No experience necessary
Key responsibilities include:
• Washing and properly sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keeping the dish area clean and organized
• Putting clean items away in their proper locations
• Taking out trash and breaking down cardboard
• Helping maintain clean kitchen floors and work areas
• Assisting with basic kitchen cleaning and organization as needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work quickly and efficiently
• Clean and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Willing to learn and take direction
• A team player with a positive attitude

This is primarily a daytime position before the restaurant opens and is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and keeping things clean and organized.
No experience necessary

Key responsibilities include:
• Daily ingredient and food prep
• Setting up and stocking the kitchen line for service
• Receiving and properly putting away deliveries
• Maintaining an organized walk-in and proper food storage
• Completing required daily kitchen and temperature logs
• General kitchen cleaning, stocking, and organization
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work efficiently and independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Proactive and willing to take initiative
